Shona was elected in 2017 in the Tweeddale East Ward, with an impressive 1804 first preferences. Shona is the current leader of Scottish Borders Council.

A former BT executive and MSP, David Mundell scored the Conservatives’ only success on Scotland in May 2005 when he won the newly created seat of Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale and Tweeddale with a notional eight per cent swing from Labour. David remained the only Conservative MP to be elected from Scotland in 2010 increasing his majority by over 2000 votes.

Originally trained at The London Hospital, Whitechapel, Michelle began her career working as a staff nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, then moved into Health Service Management.

Euan has been our Councillor in Galashiels & District since 2017, topping the ballot with an impressive 1,292 votes. 

Tom is our Councillor in Leaderdale & Melrose and was first elected in 2017.
